Phase I of development is currently underway, with plans for 26 homes on Snowden Way. At present, Phase I is 50% sold.
Phase II will feature 28 homes at Senator Bolling Circle, as well as a full-featured community center, gym, child care facility, and more for the residents of Harvard Commons.
